Designer Patricia Urquiola e Eliana Gerotto.
It is the contemporary version of glittering crystal chandeliers of Italian glass tradition. Interpreted with irony and elegance through a hanging lamp that puts together continues icon chandelier with that of the jewel. Amplifying the splendor through a sophisticated mosaic of refractions. The idea comes from a bracelet from a flea. A multitude of drops of plastic joined together by an elastic band which in the luminous version have become polymethylmethacrylate spheres 189 assembled in an annular form which incorporates the light source: a halogen lamp enclosed between two elements in white satin glass. The top screen guarantees maximum diffusion of light upwards, the lower one, of concave shape, fencing the flow directed downwards. The result is a masterpiece of design and elegance.

Designer Marc Sadler
Ample, linear, essential design combined with strong flexibility characterise the formal elegance and light sophistication of Twiggy. Foscarini reinterprets these details, offering an effective concept for new uses, which preserves all the decorative expressiveness of the original floor version. The table lamp offers in scale the typical flexible refinement of the original creation, while the ceiling model is the maximum expression of flexibility: by rotating 330° it is an optimal solution for decentralising a light source. The hanging version, which comes in two sizes, has a wide range of possible uses.
All the lamps are made in composite lacquered material on a fibreglass base and are available in four different colours. The diffuser uses the light source to the full and offers direct lighting on the surface below. In the large hanging and ceiling versions it also provides effective upward reflection, thanks to the transparent protective upper disk.

Designer Paolo Lucidi, Luca Pevere
Visible concrete is part of the language of modern architecture and, with Aplomb, Foscarini presents a model that uses this material with completely new and innovative technology. The material is translated, from large-scale architecture to a small suspension light, for interiors making it an elegant product with a simple formality, inspired by a material that has always been linked to the world of construction. This is what also inspires its name: Aplomb, a plumb-bob traditionally used by masons. However, aplomb also means ‘self-possessed, confident’, like this lamp that distances itself from aseptic minimalism with all the material richness of concrete.
Combining the need to obtain highly reduced dimensions and thickness, detailed finishes and smooth surfaces with the characteristic viscosity and lack of flexibility of concrete was the greatest challenge in developing Aplomb. The result was achieved thanks to the use of a special amalgam, which is particularly fluid in the mould and produces a surface that appears rough, but which is gentle to the touch, as refined by a transparent layer finish. The lamp has an airy design, with the characteristic shape of an upside-down funnel, which mitigates the massive solidity of concrete yet celebrates its material aspect.
Aplomb creates precise, direct lighting, ideal for tables, peninsulas or counters, alone or in composition. It comes in three colour finishes that highlight its personality and meet different styles: from the classic grey of rough concrete, which gives depth to volumes, to elegant white or warm, intense brown. These are colours that are particularly suitable, either in harmony or contrast to all environments, whether in the home or contract sectors. Aplomb is the archetype of simple and concrete design for Foscarini.

Spokes Foscarini

Designer Studio Garcia-Cumini
The hanging lamp Spokes was inspired by images of antique oriental lanterns and less exotic aviaries. The designers observed the spokes of a bicycle wheel and this is what gave the lamp its name. The result is soft shapes and a lightweight lamp which holds the light allowing it to filter out into the room. The lightweight quality of the project combines with the solidity of its forms in metal rod and the practicality of its LED light source allowing it both to light up surfaces perfectly and project an interplay of light and shade onto the walls with a magical multiplication effect. The development of the project into two forms, two sizes and two colour variants highlights its versatility making Spokes particularly suitable for both living spaces and public venues and ideal in large architectural contexts as well in its multiple compositions.

Floor made of composite material on a lacquered fiberglass base, available in white, black and red. Tress is a web of threads and resin that acts at the same time as the structure, decoration and screen, a never before seen interplay of full and empty spaces, light and shadow. The cable woven inside the structure gives a plain and elegant effect.

Designer Lievore Altherr Molina
Like a fluid and enveloping frame, an irregular ellipse that gives a sense of becoming, Anisha outlines an empty space, defines it and fills it with its light, producing a magical sensation. Realized in ABS, the table lamp Anisha is available in two colors – pure white that blends with the space orred for a decisive, recognizable presence. It is suitable for a wide range of settings, environments and uses.

Le Soleil Foscarini

Designer Vicente Garcia Jimenez
Wall lamp with diffused and reflected light. Lamp consisting of 4 diffusers with different shaped oblique injection moulded polycarbonate bands, matt finish. In the colored versions, the diffusers are liquid coated on the outside. The use of a material that does not reveal the light, helps to create the special luminous effect of Le Soleil, with beams of light projected upwards and direct illumination downwards.
