Kitchen programme which is recognised among the masterpieces of Italian design. The kitchen has been manufactured since 1972 and it was the first kitchen available with no handle, with a door opening, on the base units and on the suspended units in shaped aluminium profile, thus allowing to easily fit the hand to the open the door. The old model is reviewed and offered entirely removing the handles, on the intermediate drawers and on the refrigerator tall units too, through the addition of new aluminium extruded profiles available in three finishes. Available with tops in many different finishes: marble, granite, stones, stainless steel, wood and laminate. Formally the kitchen offers a minimum design and more commercial design offers than similar models such as Case System or Xila 2.3. |

The k14 maintains the continuity of the Norbert Wangen collection: it retains the K11 kitchen’s modular units whilst introducing new materials for the worktops and the doors. The result is a product that has a more rigorous aesthetic: the finish on the doors wraps around the side panels, creating a design that appears more compact. bearing structure: carcass in melamine coated graphite grey oak with front trim in aluminium.
Plinths in stainless steel coated aluminium.
Doors in finishes: wood veneer, lacquered, Mat plus, stainless steel, white Corian®. Worktops in stone, stainless steel or Corian®. It is possible to use flush-mounted CRS hobs and sinks on worktops in stone and Corian®; welded hobs and sinks on stainless steel tops. |

The new Eco-Friendly Duemilaotto is a cool, calm and collected kitchen from Boffi. The visually outstanding design by Piero Lissoni uses natural materials such as: stone tile, reclaimed wood and solid wood, contrasted beautifully with man-made materials such as stainless steel and corian. The straight-forward, linear aspect of the kitchen puts the focus firmly on the look of the natural materials and highlights their importance to the overall look. The solid Acacia wood used in the Duemilaotto is, unusually, heat-treated but not stained. This ensures the natural features of the wood such as grain and irregularities are allowed to shine through. The tiles in the kitchen – applied to the hood and some surfaces - are specially made artisan-crafted pieces. The kitchen also includes tall storage units designed by Lissoni to provide the utmost convenience in the form of handy drawers, pull-out shelving, internal lighting and compartments made for electrical appliances.
