One day in 1992, Ingo saw a simple light bulb imprisoned as a lamp on a wall and decided to free it, giving it two wings and the ability to fly. This winged lamp was called Lucellino: it was equipped with hand-made goose down wings attached to the brass lamp holder and a low-voltage bulb created solely for Ingo Maurer GmbH.
