Logistics services all around the world
If you're abroad, you can count on our experience and our logistics partner able to offer a transport service of any type and in any place, by air, by sea and by land. Goods are packed properly to travel around the world. We ship them by trustworthy forwarders, with ALL-RISK insurance coverage.
All furniture is authentic, new and produced by order (this does not include the products on our website in the Sales area, which are ex-display).
Special carton packaging suitable for container and ground transportation are given by Gerosa Design free of charge to all customer for abroad shipping (cost for wood box packaging will be provide under client reques.
Since any product is produced on order, cancellation is not accepted after the production is started.
If particular certifications are needed, please specify it before the order confirmation.
Prices are taken from the official italian pricelist and are intended vat and tax free. Custom duty and/or tax due in your Country are not included in our offer price (unless you ask us for DDP delivery)
We can handle the shipping trough our trustworthy forwarders or support your forwarder if you already have one. You will be able to chose between port/airport delivery as well as door-to-door delivery. Then, shipping cost is estimated according to weight, volume and value of products purchased. Products are always shipped with ALL-RISK insurance coverage.
Once all the furniture has been selected (including colors and finishes), the final proforma invoice is sent to the client to be signed for approval: a 40% deposit is needed to confirm the order and start the production.
Balance has to be sent when goods is ready in our warehouse. After we receive the balance the goods is free for shipping and delivery.
Standard time for production is from 30 to 60 days according to product specification and manufacturer process.
